Welcome to KasiWin44. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") govern your access to and use of the KasiWin44 website located at kasiwin44.cam (the "Platform"), including all associated services, products, games, promotions, and content made available through the Platform.

Registration and use of the KasiWin44 Platform are subject to the following eligibility requirements. KasiWin44 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility conditions are not met.

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an active Account. This requirement is strictly enforced. Any person found to be under the age of 21 who has registered an account will have their account immediately terminated and all funds forfeited without recourse. KasiWin44 employs age verification checks at the point of registration and during KYC verification.

3.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

It is the sole responsibility of each Member to ensure that their access to and use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. KasiWin44 does not warrant or represent that the Services are legal or available in all jurisdictions. Persons who are residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law are not eligible to register or use the Services.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each Member is permitted to maintain only one (1) active Account on the Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses, is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in the immediate suspension of all related accounts and the forfeiture of all balances, including any winnings derived from play across those accounts.

3.4 Additional Eligibility Criteria

• You must not be acting on behalf of another person in connection with your Account or any wagers placed thereon.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of KasiWin44 or any of its affiliated entities or game providers.
• You must not have previously had an Account terminated or suspended by KasiWin44 for violation of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

To access the full range of KasiWin44 Services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly in the event of any change.

4.1 Registration Information

At the time of registration, you will be required to provide at minimum the following information:

• Full legal name as it appears on your Malaysian identification document (MyKad or passport);
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older;
• Valid email address to be used as the primary communication channel;
• Valid Malaysian mobile phone number for account verification and two-factor authentication;
• A unique password of sufficient complexity to protect your Account.

4.2 KYC Verification

KasiWin44 is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing withdrawal requests and may require verification at other stages of the Member relationship at its discretion. KYC verification involves the submission of:

• A clear, legible copy or photograph of your Malaysian MyKad (front and back) or valid passport;
• A selfie photograph holding the identification document;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) registered to your account (where applicable).

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request, or the provision of false, incomplete, or fraudulent documentation, will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and may lead to account termination.

4.3 Account Activation

KasiWin44 reserves the right to accept or decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for any refusal. Account activation is not guaranteed upon completion of the registration form.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share these credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

KasiWin44 will never contact you by telephone, email, or any other channel to request your password or full Account credentials. Any communication purporting to be from KasiWin44 requesting this information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to notify KasiWin44 promptly via our 24/7 live chat service if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account. KasiWin44 accepts no liability for any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your Account credentials.

All deposits made to your KasiWin44 Account must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funds originate from an account, wallet, or card held in any name other than that of the registered Member — are strictly prohibited.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

KasiWin44 currently accepts deposits via the following methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — instant processing, no fees;
• Boost eWallet — instant processing, no fees;
• GrabPay — instant processing, no fees;
• DuitNow — instant to 10 minutes, no fees;
• FPX Online Banking (Maybank, CIMB, Hong Leong Bank, Public Bank, and others) — 5–10 minutes, no fees;
• USDT TRC20 (Tether on the TRON network) — 15–30 minutes, subject to standard network fees.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and VIP tier and are displayed at the point of deposit.

6.3 Currency

All Account balances, transactions, and bonus values are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless you elect to use cryptocurrency, in which case the equivalent MYR value will be calculated at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction. No liability is accepted for any loss arising from currency fluctuation.

6.4 Refused Deposits

KasiWin44 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place on hold any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms. In such cases, the relevant funds will be returned to the originating payment method where technically feasible.

Members may request withdrawal of their real money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests cannot be processed until all applicable KYC verification requirements have been satisfied.

7.1 Processing Times

• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): typically processed within 5–30 minutes;
• Bank transfer withdrawals (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank via FPX/DuitNow): typically 30 minutes to 2 hours;
• USDT TRC20 withdrawals: typically 15–45 minutes, subject to blockchain network congestion.

Processing times stated above are indicative only and may be subject to variation during periods of high demand, bank maintenance windows, or for accounts subject to additional security review.

7.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• All active bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Member's own name — third-party withdrawals are prohibited;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for e-wallets and RM100 for bank transfers;
• Daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply and vary by VIP tier;
• KasiWin44 may apply additional verification procedures for withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by its fraud detection systems.

7.3 Right of Refusal

KasiWin44 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse any withdrawal request pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other circumstances warranting further review. Where a withdrawal is withheld pending investigation, KasiWin44 will notify the Member within a reasonable time and provide an indicative resolution timeline where possible.

KasiWin44 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered or credited. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion.

8.2 Bonus Eligibility

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Members only. One bonus per promotion per Member, household, IP address, or payment method.
• KasiWin44 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time prior to it being credited, without notice, where it suspects abuse or a breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses credited in error must be returned and any winnings derived from erroneously credited bonuses will be voided.
• KasiWin44 reserves the right to amend or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

8.3 Referral Programme

Members participating in the KasiWin44 referral programme must ensure that referred individuals are genuine new players who independently choose to register and deposit. Referrals to individuals who intend to create accounts for the purpose of exploiting bonuses or engaging in arbitrage are prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all referral rewards and the suspension of both accounts.

8.4 Birthday Bonus

The KasiWin44 birthday bonus is awarded annually based on the date of birth registered at the time of account creation. To qualify, the Member's account must be in good standing and must have had at least one qualifying deposit in the 30 days preceding the registered birth date. The bonus tier applicable to a Member's birthday bonus is determined by their VIP tier status at the time the bonus is credited.

All bets and gaming activity conducted on the KasiWin44 Platform are subject to the game-specific rules applicable to the relevant product, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that product.

9.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by KasiWin44. A bet is not accepted until KasiWin44 has confirmed its acceptance to the Member. In the event of any technical fault, system error, or communication failure during the placement of a bet, the bet will be deemed not to have been accepted and no liability shall arise.

9.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products and are displayed within each product interface. KasiWin44 reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time and without prior notice. Limits may be applied at the individual account level where KasiWin44 deems this appropriate.

9.3 Obvious Errors

KasiWin44 reserves the right to void any bet placed at obviously erroneous odds or under any conditions that were evidently in error at the time of placement. This includes, but is not limited to, gross pricing errors caused by data feed failures, human error, or technical malfunction. KasiWin44 will use reasonable endeavours to identify and correct such errors promptly and will notify affected Members.

9.4 Sports Betting Markets

Bets placed on football matches including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), and other covered competitions are subject to the specific sports rules available within the Sports Betting section of the Platform. In-play bets, once accepted and confirmed, are binding and cannot be amended or cancelled by the Member.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the KasiWin44 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances including real money and bonus funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform simultaneously or sequentially;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit bonus offers;
• Engaging in collusion with other players or third parties in live dealer or poker games;
• Exploiting any technical error, software vulnerability, or pricing anomaly in the Platform for financial gain;
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies specifically targeting bonus terms, or coordinated multi-account bonus farming;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or may constitute money laundering or the financing of unlawful activity;
• Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider without first exhausting the KasiWin44 dispute resolution process;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing KasiWin44 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

KasiWin44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to providing Members with the tools necessary to manage their gambling activity safely and sustainably. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and KasiWin44 takes seriously its obligation to help prevent and address problem gambling among its Members.

11.1 Player Protection Tools

The following tools are available to all Members through the Account dashboard and may be activated at any time:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Loss Limits — Set maximum net loss thresholds over defined periods;
• Session Time Limits — Limit the duration of individual gaming sessions;
• Reality Checks — Receive periodic reminders of time spent and amounts wagered during active sessions;
• Cooling-Off Period — Take a mandatory break from gambling for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion — Request temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform via the Responsible Gambling section or by contacting our support team.

All content available on the KasiWin44 Platform, including but not limited to software, code, text, graphics, images, logos, trademarks, game assets, audio, video, and user interface design elements (collectively, "Platform Content"), is the exclusive property of KasiWin44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform Content solely for their personal, non-commercial gaming activities on the Platform. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform Content without the express prior written consent of KasiWin44.

Any unauthorised use of Platform Content, including the use of scraping tools, automated data collection, reverse engineering, or reproduction for commercial purposes, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KasiWin44 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate account security;
• Interruption of service due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond KasiWin44's reasonable control;
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or blockchain network congestion;
• Decisions made by game software, random number generators, or sports event outcomes;
• Any reliance on information or content published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit KasiWin44's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

KasiWin44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, KasiWin44 will provide reasonable notice to affected Members by email to the address registered to their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for no less than 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended provision, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated in the "Last Updated" field on the page header above.

KasiWin44 is committed to resolving Member disputes fairly, transparently, and within reasonable timeframes. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform, the following process shall apply:

15.1 Internal Complaints Procedure

In the first instance, all disputes must be referred to KasiWin44's customer support team via live chat or by email to [email protected]. You must provide full details of the dispute, including your account username, the date and nature of the transaction or event in dispute, and any supporting evidence available to you. KasiWin44 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

15.2 Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaints process, you may request escalation to KasiWin44's Compliance and Dispute Resolution team by clearly stating this in your follow-up communication. Escalated complaints will be reviewed by a senior member of the team not previously involved in the matter, and a final response will be provided within 14 business days.

15.3 Chargebacks

Members are expressly required to exhaust the KasiWin44 internal dispute resolution process before initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through their bank or payment provider. Initiating a chargeback without prior engagement with KasiWin44's complaints process constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
